Literally one of the best clinics I go to! So fast and efficient! I’m always in and out of there within MAYBE two hours tops and that’s when they’re short staffed! I am blind and the ladies at the front desk always go above and beyond to help me out! Also there’s a black nurse that works there who is the absolute best I just can’t remember her name (I’ll update when I do). I do almost all my medical needs here including dental and vision!! Thanks team!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication from this clinic. At the beginning of the month, I sent a message through the patient portal requesting a refill for my high blood pressure medication. I submitted the request early because I know responses from this clinic can take a while. I was told that I had refills available at my pharmacy. A few weeks later, I finally went to the pharmacy only to be told that I had no refills available. I contacted the clinic again through the app, and this time I was told that I would need to discuss my medication needs at my upcoming doctor's appointment. This makes absolutely no sense. When I requested the refill weeks ago, I was told the medication was available. I never picked it up because I believed it would be there when I needed it. Now I'm being told something completely different. Blood pressure medication is not something patients should have to go without because of inconsistent communication. The team responding to patient messages seems to lack urgency and doesn't appear to understand that delaying or mishandling requests for essential medications can seriously impact a patient's health. WORST DOCTORS !! Doctor griffin has an attitude all the time.She seems bothered just seeing patients. Appointments are almost impossible to get. The doctor you think you’re seeing for an appointment is not always the doctor you see. They will have you change your provider to them to be seen . Only for it to not be the actual provider you thought you was seeing.Takes months to schedule you in & they can cancel as they feel. Apologize only to squeeze you in a month later.Especially if your pregnant DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not care! I would take up an entire day with the complaints on this company!

From the time I 1st started going to this location a few years back this place has improved a lot. A mixture of communicating my concerns clearly as we tend to assume they read our files but these doctors are overwhelmed with lot of patients. Once I became outspoken about my needs things shifted for the better.

This clinic has long wait times and are always cancelling last minute. Started off great but after the pandemic the clinic took a turn for the worse. Some of the providers dont even care. The nurses however are amazing. But i will no longer be a patient here.
